摘要: Tuberculosis, caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis, is characterized an infection in lung and spleen. In present study, we have elucidated mechanism which indicus pranii renders protection vivo tuberculosis infection. We observed that treated infected C57BL/6 mice showed a strong host-protective Th1 immune response along with marked decrease immunosuppressive cytokines, TGF-β, IL-10-secreting CD4(+) T cells. This mediated cytokines was correlated reduction elevated frequency of CD4(+)CD25(+) regulatory cells, reduced TGF-β production from these cells tuberculosis-infected mice. cell population result effective modulation STAT4-STAT5 transcription factor counter-regulation pranii, turn, activity Thus, findings put forward detailed mechanistic insight into regulation functioning during experimental murine might be helpful combating Mycobacterium-induced pathogenesis.
