摘要: Breast-feeding plays an important role for the development of newborn. Non-breast fed premature born infants show a significantly higher risk developing diseases like infantile diarrhoea and necrotizing enterocolitis. In this study, content neurotrophic factors cytokines, which might influence postnatal enteric nervous system (ENS), was determined in human breast milk. Glial cell-line-derived factor (GDNF), ciliary (CNTF) as well panel cytokines were analyzed using single or multiplex ELISA. order to link their presence milk with possible effects on ENS, rat myenteric neurons cultured protein extracts from Neurite outgrowth, neuron survival nestin expression glial cells measured. Growth found all samples at varying concentrations. It could be demonstrated that increased amount surviving neurones neurite outgrowth. Additionally it shown, number S100-expressing after incubating extracts. The data suggest milk-born proteins support system.
