摘要: Methods using colloidal conductive polymers, noble metal nanoparticles or of stable metal/conductive polymer composite colloids as reagents for at least the in vitro prediction of, if not determination PK/ADME-tox properties new chemical entities (NCEs) are provided. Also provided kits that include subject methods and application thereof. The salient characteristics these pertaining to present invention reside fact reactions which they involved homogeneous, rapid, proceed 'mix read' processes.
