摘要: REACTIVE PARTICLES OF CONTROLLED REACTIVITY AND SIZE WHICH ARE CAPABLE DIRECT CHEMICAL ATTACHMENT TO BIOLOGICAL SUBSTANCES CAN BE MADE BY COATING SOLID CARRIER WITH AT LEAST ONE COAT A PROTEINACEOUS MATERIAL THE USE FIRST COUPLING AGENT THEN ATTACHING SAID THROUGH COVALENT BONDING SECOND BONDING. INSOLUBILZED REAGENTS MAY PRODUCED FROM SUCH MERELY MIXING THESE WILL BOUND THERETO AGENT. DIFFERENT AGENTS VARYING ATTAINED, DESIRED FINAL PARTICLE DEPEND UPON NUMBER COATS EMPLOYED.
