摘要: The present invention relates to a method for the stratification of subject having an acute or chronic disease, wherein said disease effects endothelial function/dysfunction, comprising steps (i) taking sample bodily fluid from subject; (ii) determining in concentration vasoactive hormone fragments thereof precursors length at least 12 amino acid residues; (iii) stratifying subjects into either categories: (a) responder medication treatment (b) non-responder not showing unfavourable effect after received medication; (c) medication. also use antibody functional fragment according invention.
