摘要: This invention provides a glaucoma treating composition comprising at least one of carbostyril derivatives represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or alkenyl, R2 hydrogen group ##STR2## R4 alkyl, cycloalkyl, substituted phenyl with without alkoxy substituent on nucleus, R3 ##STR3## as defined above when hydroxyl, ureido, alkynyloxy, having alkanoyl substitutent, alkanoylamino alkenyloxy ##STR4## and carbon-to-carbon bond between 3-position 4-position skeleton single double bond, pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof; method administering said to patient glaucoma.
