摘要: Glycoproteins result from the covalent association of carbohydrate moieties (glycans) with proteins. Glycans are conjugated to peptide chains through two main types linkages (N-glycosyl and O-glycosyl) leading classes glycoproteins: Nglycosylproteins O-glycosylproteins (for recent reviews, see Montreuil 1980, 1982, 1984 a, b; Kobata 1984; Kornfeld 1985).
