摘要: Objective The sense of olfaction has been considered minor importance in human communication. In recent years, evidence emerged that humans might be influenced by unconscious messages sent through chemosignals body odors. Data concerning the ability to recognize fear, maybe related evolutionary role these emotions fight-or-flight reactions, are well known. Methods To further understand emotional mediating communication and its influence on animal behaviors, we conducted a systematic literature review. Results Chemosignals derived from axillary odors collected under variety stimuli sad tears affect receivers' social interactions, danger detection risk-taking behavior, aspects eating, performance stressing conditions. addition, beyond response, even happiness can perceived others. Furthermore, behaviors stressful responses animals, particularly dogs horses, which may partially explain their special relationship with humans. Conclusion Our review highlights chemosignaling intra- interspecific interactions suggests need for investigations, both physiological conditions patients psychiatric or neurodegenerative disorders.
