摘要: Hypermarket industry is gaining more popularity in recent days. With variety of merchandise services and facilities offering under-one-roof, consumers prefer to patronize this stores. Success hypermarket dependent on its consumers’ loyalty. So, understanding industry’s consumer behavior will be a great platform retailers competitive the market. Basically, researchers have agreed that loyalty main issue for making maintaining relationships with consumer. This study aims examine factors influence customer‘s Iran’s by looking into element lifestyles store attribute. Therefore, model customers’ designed investigate relationship lifestyle, attributes, satisfaction selecting hypermarket. The findings are expected help raise their considering attributes satisfaction.
