摘要: The aim of the present study was to identify specific factors associated with Job Satisfaction among expatriates in UAE. For this purpose employees at a leading global remittance and foreign exchange organization having partners across world, representing over 40 nationalities 7000 were chosen. focuses on revealing influence various demographic characteristics that these exhibited, which affect their satisfaction level. questionnaires distributed 1202 (972 males 230 females) working 4 regions Factor Analysis (KMO Test) done critical job vis-a-vis Tenure, Age, Gender Nationality. A total 14 explained 56.273 % variance. Overall moderately satisfied jobs but more following aspects current work situation: Future prospects, Team Work, Work Environment Supervisor Behaviour Training Programmes (being Top 5 Satisfiers) least with: Incentives, Social Recognition Compensation bottom 3 i.e. dissatisfiers). data also revealed chosen for over-all impact job-satisfaction. analysis important whereas responses from females indicated 20 females. dominant factors: Customer satisfaction, Ethics, Events, etc. came out be as above males.
