摘要: Ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease are characterized by chronic intestinal inflammation. Intestinal bacteria initiate the activation of inflammatory processes, which mediated proinflammatory cytokines chemokines. In bowel disease, inflammation is not downregulated, in part due to defective or absent inhibitory processes. Studies date have demonstrated that IL-8, MCP-1, ENA-78 highly expressed mucosa areas active ulcerative colitis. Neutrophils macrophages inflamed intestine synthesize secrete large amounts chemokines patients with disease. Increased chemokine expression has also been observed epithelial cells, endothelial smooth muscle cells. Future trials specific agents capable inhibiting synthesis secretion blocking chemokine-chemokine receptor interaction will be important study
