摘要: Videogames are nowadays one of the biggest entertainment industries in world. Being part this industry means competing against lots other companies and developers, thus, making fanbases vital importance. They a group clients that constantly support your company because video games fun. most entertaining when difficulty level is good match for player’s skill, increasing player engagement. However, not all players equally proficient, so some kind selection required. In paper, we will present Dynamic Difficulty Adjustment (DDA), recently arising research topic, which aims to develop an automated mechanism keeps engaged properly challenged, neither bored nor overwhelmed. We recent addressing issue, as well overview how implement it. Satisfactorily solving DDA problem directly affects experience playing game, it high interest any game developer, from independent ones, 100 billion dollar businesses, potential impacts retention monetization.
