摘要: Due to its central position in the Danube basin and considerable fishery sector, Hungary plays a key role spread of non-native fish species Europe. Nevertheless, status has not yet been reviewed for Hungary. Therefore, our aims were (1) give comprehensive historical overview regarding occurrence Hungary, (2) show their recent distribution patterns using GIS, (3) evaluate importance possible drivers spread. Literature data 59 from The appearance new species—mostly due aquarium releases—shows an accelerating trend nowadays. Although have appeared at 78.7% studied 767 sites during countrywide survey, was uneven. Lowland streams, lowland rivers, River most affected by fish, particularly gibel carp, topmouth gudgeon pumpkinseed escaped fish/angling ponds, invasion Ponto-Caspian gobies. Our results indicated that order reduce effects intensity further invasions, more rigorous control trade, angling pond stockings, inter-watershed transports are necessary.
