摘要: Abstract Infection of two mouse mammary carcinoma cell lines with vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) resulted in the formation at least types particles containing VSV genome but expressing different envelope characteristics (VSV pseudotypes). One these pseudotypes was infectious for a line derived from normal epithelial cells and embryo noninfectious 3T3 cells, mink lung Vero cells. If tumor were treated dexamethason some days prior to infection VSV, titer this pseudotype significantly increased. In contrast, second not other tested, unaffected by presence dexamethasone. The first found be almost completely neutralized anti-murine (MuMTV) serum whereas only partially higher antiserum concentration. Neither showed neutralization, host range, or interference properties either ecotropic xenotropic murine C-type viruses. These results suggest that is VSV(MuMTV). less well defined conceivably may represent MuMTV. course studies, filterable agent observed GR cultures reactivated infectivity antiserum.
