摘要: A monoclonal antibody (mAb TRA 104) raised against mouse testicular germ cells was able to recognize the nuclei of at all stages differentiation from embryonic gonocytes spermatids and did not react with any somatic cells. The antigen recognized by mAb 104 exclusively present in extracts. molecular weights isoelectric point (pI) antigens determined Western blotting analysis were 60-110 kDa 7.2, respectively. This antigen(s) is referred as a cell-specific nuclear (GENA) since GENA first detected specifically genital ridge around 12 days gestation analysis. In testis, expression increased gradually until adulthood whereas it lost ovary postpartum day 5. Thus, molecule(s) may be useful marker which study mechanism cell development level.
