摘要: A 55 kilobase pair (kb) region from the right end of virulent African swine fever virus isolate, Malawi LIL20/1, has been sequenced. The 68 major open reading frames (ORFs) encoded are generally closely spaced and read both DNA strands across complete sequence. Comparison amino acid sequences predicted ORFs with sequence databases identified 15 which encode proteins that similar to known function. Two homologous copies multigene family 360 (MGF360) one ORF is 110 (MGF110). Both these families have described previously [6, 31].
