摘要: Ultraviolet-B (UV-B, 280–320 nm) radiation has seriously affected the growth of plants. Finding technology/method to alleviate damage UV-B become a frontal topic in field environmental science. The pretreatment with rare earth elements (REEs) is an effective method, but regulation mechanism REEs unknown. Here, effects lanthanum (La(III)) on nitrogen assimilation soybean seedlings (Glycine max L.) under ultraviolet-B were investigated elucidate plants radiation. led inhibition activities key enzymes (nitrate reductase, glutamine synthetase, glutamate synthase) assimilation, decrease contents nitrate and soluble proteins, as well increase content amino acid seedlings. change degree at high level (0.45 W m−2) was higher than that low (0.15 m−2). 20 mg L−1 La(III) could synthase, dehydrogenase, promoting conversion protein synthesis effect better level. results indicated
