摘要: Paraquat poisoning causes multiple organ injury and high mortality due to severe toxicity lack of effective treatment. Xuebijing (XBJ) injection, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation five herbs (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Flos Carthami, Angelica Sinensis Radix Paeoniae Rubra), has an anti-inflammatory effect is widely used in the treatment sepsis. This retrospective study was designed evaluate effects XBJ combined with conventional therapy on risk patients acute paraquat poisoning. Out 68 patients, 27 were treated (control group) 41 intravenous administration (100 ml, twice day, up 7 days) plus (XBJ group). Vital function, survival time within 28 days adverse events during reviewed. Results indicated that significantly increased median among ingesting 10-30 ml (P=0.02) compared control group. After adjustment for covariates, associated lower (adjusted HR 0.242, 95% CI 0.113 0.516, P=0.001) Additionally, Day 1, 3 value PaO2/FiO2 decreased, values serum alanine aminotransferase, creatinine troponin T group (all P<0.05), but these significant improved P<0.05). Only one patient had skin rash itch 30 minutes after injection no found In conclusion, decreased moderate poisoning, which may be attributed function vital organs events.
