摘要: Numerous original clinical studies have attempted to investigate the prognostic value of HER-2 overexpression in osteosarcoma, but results these are not consistent. This meta-analysis and systematic review was performed further assess correlation between expression prognosis patients with osteosarcoma. A detailed search relevant publications conducted using 7 electronic databases: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane library, Wanfang database, China National Knowledge Internet (CNKI) Chinese VIP Biological Medical (CBM) Database for through August 1, 2015, following keywords (HER-2 OR ErbB-2 C-erbB-2 neu) AND (osteosarcoma osteogenic tumor). The bibliographies potentially articles identified were then searched by hand. Eligible those that enrolled participants osteosarcoma provided survival outcome positive negative groups. hazard ratio (HR) 95% confidence interval (CI) each individual study calculated pooled obtain integrated estimates, random effects modeling. Sixteen involving 934 met our inclusion criteria. documented 42.2% Compared without overexpression, overexpressing had decreased overall (HR = 2.03, CI: 1.36-3.03, P < 0.001). Statistical associations unfavorable (OS) observed both biopsy surgical removal specimens 2.07, 95%CI: 1.16-3.72, 0.014; HR 2.02, 1.10-3.71, 0.024). Results disease-free (DFS) similar. Overexpression is significantly associated poor should be assessed at diagnosis after surgery as a factor. However, larger-scale multicenter needed support findings.
