摘要: The major goals of translational research in osteosarcoma entail the identification prognostic factors and therapeutic targets. Given relevance epidermal growth factor receptor pathway to breast cancer finding that HER-2 was expressed a proportion osteosarcoma, it reasonable investigate this further. Investigations have led publication numerous conflicting reports with regard level value expression, which are reviewed discussed. Numerous lessons provided by experience described. This has also been explored as target at least one study trastuzumab for treatment completed. Other studies utilizing alternative approaches considered.
