摘要: The metabolism of [ 14 CH 3 ]2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)isobutyric acid (DIB) was studied in plants and cell suspension cultures Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. sp. `Lukullus9. Both cells culture showed a rapid uptake DIB from nutrient media. metabolites, isolated by extraction with methanol separated chromatographic methods, were identified enzymic, chemical, spectrometric methods. Two conjugates the carboxyl 2 moles glucose per mole and, to smaller extent, its β-d-glucopyranosyl ester, formed both intact cultures, but there quantitative differences.
