摘要: Contents of free sugars and sorbitol their distributional profiles in Tsugaru, Fuji, Jonathan (Hong-Ok), New Jonagold (Sin-Heung) apple cultivars were evaluated. Average total sugar contents Jonathan, 9.62, 11.79, 11.20, 10.28%, respectively. HPLC results showed sucrose, glucose, fructose, apples ranged 0.72-3.26, 1.81-3.16, 5.08-6.96, 0.22-0.96%, Ratios individual to sum (TS+S) estimated for all apples.
