摘要: 1. ABSTRACT The sera from 130 ovine killed in the city slaughterhouse of Cordoba (Spain) were studied. blood was obtained during killing animals and serum recovered by routine procedures maintained at -20°C laboratory until its use. In these studied order to determine presence hydatid cysts, their localization, ferti lity viability, some other parasitic or infectious diseases. antigen hepatic cysts which fertile viable. fluid, puncture aseptic conditions, centrifuged dialyzed 4°C for 48 hours distilled water. final product lyophilized under refrigeration immunoelectrophoresis (IEP) performed according Varela et al. (6) agarose plate results statistically analyzed X 2 test. Of studied, 67 apparently healthy, 49 showed macroscopic 14 presented different conditions. specificity sensitivity IEP test diagnosis hydatidosis are based on number arcs present each sample not specifically related "arc 5". We our fertility viability localization amount fluid contained cyst. absence conditions also considered. A maximum 100% found with 3 4 arcs, a minimum 76.64% only 1 precipitation arc. diagnostic value 5" 32.65°;; 98.76%.
