摘要: Abstract A serological study of intermediate hosts (cattle, sheep, goats and swine) Echinococcus granulosus was carried out by means the indirect haemaglutination (IHA) flocculation with latex (LA) tests, relating them organs invaded, fertility viability cysts. In cattle a sensitivity 75% 21.05% non-specific reactions given IHA, while LA gave 66.7 17.54%, respectively. IHA 79.16 20%, LA, 75 15%. goat, 76 22%, 71.43 16%. Finally, in pig, 66.6 14.16%. The more sensitive detecting hepatic cysts cow, pulmonary sheep pig there were no significant differences. goat differences sheep. serum titers tests respect to hosts, not significant.
