摘要: A combination of MEKC with a--highly sensitive but not commonly used--LIF detector was tested regarding the possibility differentiation red inks. The separation process conducted in a fused silica capillary (id 50 μm, 60/50 cm total/effective length) BGE consisting 40 mM sodium borate, 20 SDS and 10% v/v ACN 30 kV applied. optimized temperature storage 10 25°C, respectively. samples were prepared using dots (o 0.5 mm), extracted 35 μL diluted water. proposed method showed excellent repeatability reproducibility (RSD (tm ) < 0.8 2.5%, respectively). It applied to group identification different brands, models, batches printing, stamp, pen demonstrated that can be performed effectively on basis migration times ratios peak areas. high efficiency developed indicated by discriminating power ranging from 87.3 98.8%, for stamp inks, results procedure valuable an objective examination parts questioned documents.
