摘要: Bacillus amyloliquefaciens-9 (GBacillus-9), derived from the intestinal tract of white-spotted bamboo shark, secretes a variety antimicrobial compounds that inhibit growth pathogenic bacteria. In this study, role GBacillus-9 in prevention and treatment Saanen kids with diarrhea was assessed. Six healthy (HL) six (DL) were selected. All fed 0.3% (w/v) (spray power) raw milk for two weeks. The proportion decreased gradually as trial progressed, 100% DL cured at day 15. increased serum immunoglobulin (Ig) G, interleukin (IL)-4, IL-6 concentration (p < 0.05). amplicon sequencing analysis fecal bacterial community revealed microbiota remarkably different between HL groups 0. After weeks feeding GBacillus-9, no significant difference observed phylum level. restored microbial disorder associated concentration. Correlation showed altered globulin Firmicutes. Collectively, our results improved gut health by improving homeostasis.
