摘要: Eleven microsatellite loci for the freshwater mussel Lasmigona costata were isolated and characterized. Genetic screening of individuals from four rivers in southern Ontario confirmed that all highly polymorphic. These should prove useful a range studies fine- coarse-scale population structure gene flow to reproductive success individuals.
