摘要: Diffraction and rotational transitions of D2 from NiAl(110) have been measured at incident energies between 88 157 meV. The measurements were done along the [110] azimuth using a set up which allows recording diffraction patterns fixed angle incidence. Elastic first-order rotationally inelastic peaks observed over whole energy range explored. elastic data could be fitted simple Eikonal approximation only very narrow energies. Similarly, Debye–Waller-type attenuation intensities as function surface temperature was verified low (∼100 meV). absolute 0→2 transition probability found to increase 10 20% in investigated, whereas one corresponding 2→0 remained constant 10%.
