摘要: The multiphoton ionization–fragmentation pattern of vinylchloride, trifluoroethylene and benzene has been measured at 193 nm using time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry gas chromatographic analysis. Relative cross sections for ionization the laser power dependence have determined three species low fluence (<10 mJ/cm2) relative obtained 248 nm. dominant fragmentation channels in two substituted ethylenes are discussed.
