摘要: The laser induced white emission (LIWE) was observed from Eu3+:Sr2CeO4 nanocrystals. samples were obtained in form of powders by the modified sol-gel route. structure and morphology phosphors investigated powder X-ray diffraction transmission electron microscope techniques. intense LIWE occurred under reduced pressure focused beam near infrared excitation. power dependencies exhibit evident threshold character typical for avalanche effect. photoconductivity nanocrystals measured as a function different powers excitation source analyzed.
