摘要: The absorption, excitation, and emission spectra of the Sr2CeO4 nanocrystals prepared by modified sol–gel method were investigated. impact average grain size on their optical properties was It observed that with increasing nanocrystals, decay times decreased significantly. A similar behavior for quantum efficiencies Huang–Rhys factors. dependence parameters found well fitted functions reciprocal diameter. shown this may be rationalized assuming correction electric local field associated effective refractive index affecting spherical nanoparticle is governed its shell.
