摘要: The laser induced white emission (LIWE) from Sr2CeO4 nanocrystals upon irradiation with a focused IR beam was investigated. It observed to be threshold phenomenon its intensity increasing exponentially the excitation power density. This process investigated under double simultaneous in UV range leading Stokes visible and anti-Stokes LIWE. With LIWE intensity, strongly decreased. is accompanied by efficient photocurrent generation depending on density followed multiphoton absorption ionization processes. Photoimpedance measurements showed sharp increase of dielectric constant several orders magnitude during demonstrating metallic-like behaviour. mechanisms include that lead creation coupled pair Ce3+ Ce4+ ions allow for intervalence charge transfer (IVCT) transitions light range. A strong decrease band confirms (Ce3+, Ce4+) pairs.
