摘要: Abstract Spectral-luminescent properties of nanosized dielectric powders Y (1-x) Er x PO 4 and VO (x = 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1) excited to levels I 13/2 , 11/2 9/2 S 3/2 3+ ions were investigated. For the above concentration series regularities appearance anti-Stokes luminescence from F ions, as well broadband emission registered in visible spectral range, are revealed. The mechanism occurrence this radiation is refined discussed.
