摘要: Abstract This article describes the critical role played by human resource development in statewide implementation of psycho-social rehabilitation and support services (PSR) Illinois. It begins clarifylng conceptual clinical distinctness PSR proceeds to analyze ramifications for competency development. The authors address practical challenges posed such a large scale complex program initiative. concepts “empowerment” “communities practice” are used explore issues as: recruitment, training, curriculum development, collaboration (among providers, funders, academic experts), credentialing. Implications drawn future system change efforts.
