摘要: Summary: Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from strains of Pseudomonas syringae pv. morsprunorum isolated plum and cherry contained a uniform core region, which, in all cases, was composed 2-keto-3-deoxyoctonic acid, heptose, glucosamine, galactosamine, rhamnose, glucose, alanine, ethanol-amine phosphate. Lipid A phosphate the fatty acids 3-OH 10:0, 12:0, 2-OH 12:0. Sidechains LPS two virulent isolates were glucose susceptible to hydrolysis by rhamnanase typing phage A7, which uses as its binding site. Phage A7-resistant mutants isolate C28 rough LPS, did not adsorb displayed reduced virulence towards cherry. An avirulent, mutant smooth with sidechains high content that resistant hydrolysis. Loss or alteration therefore correlated loss virulence.
