摘要: PURPOSE: To determine the role, accuracy, and selection criteria of ultrasonographic (US) guidance for biopsy thoracic lesions. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Imaging-guided biopsies (n = 86) were performed in 84 consecutive patients. US was used lesions abutting chest wall; computed tomographic (CT) all masses surrounded by aerated lung. Mass location size, modality, histologic results, procedure time, complications recorded. RESULTS: Thirty-four (19 parenchymal, six pleural, wall, three mediastinal) amenable to US-guided biopsy. The mean mass diameter 4.3 cm, number passes 3.2, time 31.4 minutes.
