摘要: Portal biliopathy is defined as abnormalities in the extra- and intrahepatic ducts gallbladder of patients with portal hypertension. This condition associated extrahepatic venous obstruction dilatation plexus common bile duct, resulting mural irregularities compression biliary tree. Most remain asymptomatic, but approximately 10% them advance to symptomatic abdominal pain, jaundice, fever. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography endoscopic retrograde are currently used diagnostic tools because they noninvasive can be assess regularity, length, degree duct narrowing. Management aimed at decompression reducing pressure. has rarely been reported Korea. We present a case that was complicated by cholangitis successfully treated procedures.
