摘要: Abstract Background and aims. CD4+ T cells play an important role in response to hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. We investigated the change T-cell subpopulations viral load patients with chronic HBV infection who were treated entecavir. Material methods. Thirty enrolled according criteria recommended by Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases Hepatology. The expressions signature transcription factors cytokines measured (CHB) entecavir treatment. Results. Entecavir treatment significantly attenuated DNA affected subsets CHB patients. A dramatic decrease Th17 Treg cell frequencies their related found In contrast, caused a remarkable increase Th2 cytokines. Conclusion. Our results suggested that more sensitive subtypes entecavir-induced inhibition replication compared Th1
