摘要: A four-way completely crossed factorial enrichment experiment (2T×2Si×2Pb×2P) was used to analyze the short (2 hr) and long (48 term effects of nutrients lead on quantitative ultrastructure ofCyclotella, a diatom. Some cytological modifications that have been reported occur in other algae as result heavy metal exposure occurred inCyclotella, but were mediated some cases by addition low levels nutrients. While it is extremely difficult simulate natural environment where variety parameters may be changing simultaneously, suggested design experiments approximate more closely. Furthermore, environmental factors change availability metals also physiological state cells, which either amplify or mitigate effects.
