摘要: Quantitative electron microscopy was used to evaluate interactive effects of chromium additions and phosphate nutrient status on the diatom Cyclotella meneghiniana. Cells differing were exposed hexavalent for 7 days morphological changes in both alone treatments observed. Changes chloroplast relative volume number/ observed all treatments. mitochondrial vacuolar an increase presumed autophagic activity apparent An polyphosphate also found most treated cells. These modifications are discussed relation with exposure other heavy metals.
