摘要: Chromatin structure is a major regulator of transcription and gene expression. Herein we explore the use osmotic modulation to modify chromatin reprogram In this study extracellular pressure as transcriptional modulator. Hyposmotic promotes loosening induces changes in RNA polymerase II (Pol II) activity.
