摘要: Here, we focus on nanoparticle (NP)-based platforms for the targeted therapy of haematological malignancies (HMs), providing an overview surface-modified nanoplatforms, such as aptamer-, metal-, nucleic acid-, toxin, and peptide-modified NPs, efficient targeting tumor cells. We discuss NPs subcellular compartments, including mitochondria, nucleus Golgi apparatus, enhanced HMs. also review stimuli-responsive nanoplatforms modulating site-specific release drugs. provide insight into alternative modes therapy, phototherapy, gene dendritic cell (DC) radiotherapy, highlighting recent advances in treatment
