摘要: The nature/nurture controversy is a recurring one in psychology, and the attitude formation change literature has not been immune to it. Moore (1929) believed that there relation between biological factors (hereditary temperament) extremity. Klineberg (1940) noted prejudicial racial attitudes are “sometimes stated terms of direct, biologically determined hostility or aggressiveness different groups” (pp. 346–347). Allport’s (1935) view learned through experience imitation superceded this perspective, however, with widely accepted contemporary definition being “a predisposition respond consistently favorable unfavorable manner respect given object” (Fishbein & Ajzen, 1975, p. 6).
