An experimental study on deviation behavior which promotes group outcome

摘要: A deviation behavior was examined in this study under the conditions where promoted group outcome.A hypothesis that member would deviate from other members of (majority) when outcome.Experiment 1 (Ss were 50 female college students), there no significant difference score between promotive condition (group reward) and unpromotive (personal reward).Experiment 2 52 predicted direction indicated personal reward profit given to superior which individuals belonged (class reward).Deviation conformity behaviors discussed aspects dissonance, justification, innovative behavior.
