摘要: Alcoholism is a complex psychiatric disorder that has multifactorial etiology. Epigenetic mechanisms are uniquely capable of accounting for the nature disease in they highly stable and affected by environmental factors, including alcohol itself. Chromatin remodeling causes changes gene expression specific brain regions contributing to endophenotypes alcoholism such as tolerance dependence. The epigenetic regulate observed addictive behaviors respond not only exposure but also comorbid psychopathology presence anxiety stress. This review summarizes recent developments research may play role alcoholism. We propose pharmacologically manipulating targets, demonstrated various preclinical models, hold great therapeutic potential treatment prevention
