摘要: This paper introduces an efficient voltage multiplier circuit for improved gain and power efficiency of radio frequency identification (RFID) tags. The is fully integratable takes advantage both passive active circuits to reduce the required input while yielding desired DC voltage. A six-stage ultralow regulator are designed in a 0.13 μm complementary metal-oxide semiconductor process 2.45 GHz RFID applications. minimum 1.2 V supply case 50 Ω antenna -20.45 dBm. 15.95% 1 MΩ load. consumes 129 nW maintains reference 1.1% range with dd varying from 0.8 2 V. noise rejection 42 dB near performs better than -32 100 Hz 10 frequencies.
