Candy Closure Technique for Chronic Open Infective Lateral Malleolus Bursitis.

摘要: The aim of this study was to report the effectiveness Candy closure technique as a treatment for chronic open infective lateral malleolus bursitis. From June 2014 March 2018, we performed bursitis in nine patients without secondary operation. We first infectious tissue debridement control infection, and if primary not possible, small wounds. duration wound prior surgery varied from 4 weeks 2 years. Seven cases were due infection on bursa two ulcer-type All wounds (average, 3.80 cm2; range, 2.25-4 cm2) circular. showed complete healing at after surgery, one 8 with infected state lost missing follow-up. Of seven that healing, recurred 6 months surgery. is simple method ensuring coverage bursitis, especially dead space.
