摘要: Publisher Summary The progress curves of enzyme-catalyzed reactions are a rich source kinetic information. Provided suitable methods used to analyze the data, relatively few such can allow full quantitative description dependence activity on concentrations substrates and products. Although difficulties in data analysis have impeded development this technique, there is now little reason that it could not be applied wide variety enzyme studies. Problems instability distort from shape dictated purely effects substrate depletion inhibitory product accumulation overcome, by including decay scheme. Straightforward available for analyzing all unbranched reaction mechanisms, with two or fewer products, no suppose more complex situations, as random will become amenable curve near future.
