摘要: Both genetic variations and nutritional deficiency are associated with autism spectrum disorders other neurological disorders. However, it is less clear whether or how influence each under pathogenic conditions. "Valosin-containing protein" (VCP, also known as p97) multiple regulates dendritic spine formation by controlling endoplasmic reticulum protein synthesis efficiency. Increased ameliorates the defects of Vcp-deficient neurons. Therefore, we investigated if mice sensitive to Here, show that social interaction contextual memory indeed influenced different dietary levels. Moreover, leucine supplementation behavioral deficits density mice, strengthening evidence for role in VCP function. Our study illustrates variation nutrient factors cross-talk neuronal phenotypes.
