摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter presents a procedure for electrochemical synthesis of biotinylated polypyrrole co-polymer film and investigations the determination most appropriate enzyme marker. Preparation electropolymerized copolymer include following steps: (1) electrolysis mixture pyrrole-lactobioamide monomer (4mM) pyrrole–biotin by controlled potential at 0.8V in acetonitrile electrolyte.(2) Platinum electrodes are to be used GOX-B. (3) Glassy carbon employed HRP PPO-B. Amperometric immunosensors is detection antitoxin. Immunosensor sensitivity was determined as slope initial linear part calibration curve. From results it clearly appears that system led best analytical performances—namely, lowest limit recorded signal noise ratio 3 highest sensitivity. In addition, comparison Imax values theoretical formation an anti-CT monolayer hence unambiguously corroborates preceding results.
